Brooklyn native Nick McCarthy is a tech professional and geek with a profound love for all things narrative, whether in book, film, and video game form.

His recently published debut novel, Neon Off Snow, draws inspiration from the four years he spent living in the vibrant city of Osaka, Japan, and is the culmination of many years of dedicated writing.

When he's not immersed in a story, working on a tech project, or fixing things around the house. He enjoys traveling internationally with his girlfriend, practicing yoga, or playing fetch with his corgi, and currently resides in Portland, OR.
